  8. Add the onion to the tray, making sure you coat the fillets with the onion and oil..
  9. Cook for 20-25 minutes, the skin should be nicely brown when its cooked..
  10. Stir every so often so it doesn't stick to the tray..
  11. While that is baking, fry the sliced potatoes in a deep fat fryer..
  12. Add the potatoes to the tray, and bake for a further 10 minutes..
