- {Prepare 6 of medium sized Boiled mashed potato.

Steps to make Vada pav bites:
- Mix the besan with rice flour salt soda and as required water.
- First take less water and break all the lumps in besan.
- Then gradually add water to make a dhokla batter or idli batter consistency.
- Keep it aside for 30 min.
- Meanwhile make aloo masala.Heat oil in a pan add mustard jeera hing then add ginger garlic paste sauté and add boiled mashed potato and amchur powder.
- Add salt to taste red chilli powder and haldi powder.
- Lastly add chopped coriander.
- Fry the vada coated with the above besan batter.
- Make groundnut chutney with roasted groundnut salt red chilli powder and jeera.
- Make garlic chutney in hot oil add mustard seeds let it splutter.
- Add coarsely ground garlic salt.
- Let it cool down and add red chilli powder.
- Assemble the vada pav with chutney and serve.
- I have also made roasted vada in appe pan and served it in bread cups.
- Bread is baked in oven for 7 min in cupcake tins to make cups.
