- Wash chicken,pat dry, then give deep cuts and tie with the thread..

- Boil rice with whole garam masala and salt.
- Now take a big pot apply some oil, then spread half rice,.
- Then cooked masala with aaloo and matar.
- Then add fried onion, green chillies, green coriander and mint leaves.
- Then remaining rice orange, food color and some fried onion and cooked chargha, cover and cook on dum for 10 to 15 mints.
- Yummy chargh biryani is ready to serve.
