Instructions to make Kiwi sago kheer:

  1. Soak sago in water for half hour,then drain the water.
  2. In a non-stick pan take ghee heat it.
  3. To this add charoli,cashewnuts and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Now add slices of coconut and saute till it turns golden.
  5. Now add whole sugar and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. To this add pulp of 2 kiwis.
  7. Now mix all for five minutes till sugar dissolves.
  8. Now add sago and saute for five minutes till sago turns translucent.
  9. Now add coconut milk and boil kheer for five minutes,.
  10. Lastly add cardamom powder,and mix well.
  11. Now let the kheer come to room temperature and serve it.
  12. You can also cool it in freeze and serve chill..
